Sanitech Corporation manufactures Steam Sanitation Equipment for cleaning and sanitizing all food processing plants including bakeries of all sizes. The Mark Series machines produce output temperatures as high as 320 F (160 C). This allows them to remove substances like grease, oil, sugars, paraffin and other food by-products thermally without the assistance of chemicals. The high steam temperatures also kill bacteria on contact to give you great swab test results. This single step cleaning process greatly reduces labor time over manual cleaning with hot water, chemicals and manual scrubbing. There are seven models in the Mark Series line with steam pressures ranging from 250 to 3000 PSI.
