About Lottie's Meats Not your average sausage brand, Lottie’s Meats is a sister-owned pork sausage brand born out of a 6th generational family pork farm. We offer a range of chef-crafted, convenient & creative pork sausages & ground pork blends—made with responsible, high-quality ingredients and packed with protein, flavor and fun! In fact, all of our sausages are made from pork sourced from our network of family farms - including the one we grew up on! We use ONLY whole muscle cuts—pork loin and pork shoulder. We pair this with bold spice blends, unique recipes, and chef-crafted techniques. No nitrites or nitrates, fillers, preservatives or artificial ingredients— only the good stuff!
