About Flathau's Fine Foods Flathaus Fine Foods manufactures gourmet cookies and cheese straws, specializing in shortbreads. We also provide Private label options. Many of our products have won national awards including gold and silver sofi awards. We are family owned and operated. Flathau's Fine Foods is a woman owned cookie manufacturer based in Petal, MS. After 25+ years of business, Jeff and Heather Flathau have added six new flavors of candied shortbreads, cheese straws, and Robicheaux's Pecan Turtles. We only produce the best of the best, which is why 80% of our product line has won at least one award.
