TEEX-NERRTC
National Emergency Response and Recovery Training Center (NERRTC) clients and customers include state and federal agencies, municipal and county governments, private industries, public school systems and university campuses, law enforcement agencies, emergency medical services, fire departments, public works departments, utility companies, and public health agencies. Since 1998, NERRTC has trained more than 925,086 responders in all 50 states, U.S. territories, and the District of Columbia. NERRTC assists and plays a key role in DHS/FEMA’s establishing and maintaining the concept of “culture of preparedness” and has sharpened its focus on that concept by incorporating an “all-of-nation”/ “whole community,” risk-driven, capabilities-based approach to preparedness. Ascension is one of the nation’s leading non-profit and Catholic health systems, with a Mission of delivering compassionate, personalized care to all with special attention to persons living in poverty and those most vulnerable. Public Safety Cadets was created by and for public safety professionals. We partner with local public safety agencies and provide training, hands on and practical experiences, national programs and events, as well as other support that prepares young adults to make an informed decision about a career in the public safety sector. | Public Safety Cadets is a national 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization founded and managed by active and retired law enforcement officers and business leaders dedicated to preparing young adults, ages 14-21, for careers and leadership in the public safety profession. Public Safety Cadets Units are sponsored by local, county, state and federal law enforcement agencies.
