About Mike's Philly Fluff Mike’s Philly Fluff is a cream cheese-based Pound Cake made with fresh eggs and infused with grade A Madagascar Vanilla beans. Our version of this regional classic has been re-engineered to enhance its flavor and remove the oil from the original recipe. It is available in two varieties, Original and Chocolate Marble. Mike’s Philly Fluff is an ideal product for coffee shops. It is high quality, artisanal and shelf stable. In addition, our cake has no preservatives, is certified kosher (OK) and produced in a nut-free facility in Long Beach, NY. Mike’s Philly Fluff is available in 2 sizes for retail distribution, 1lb loaf or 4oz personal size. The full sized cake comes packaged either in a sealed wrapper (for slicing) or a nostalgic box, complete with red/white string (for re-sale). The 4oz individual cake is packaged in a wrapper and promotional display box.
