ImunoTera was founded by three researchers who developed a platform of therapeutic vaccines capable of restoring and activating the immune system to fight infectious diseases and cancer. The platform is based on a dual-function recombinant protein that can be engineered to target different types of cancer and infectious diseases. This system acts by antigen-loading and activating dendritic cells leading to the generation of target-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL), while blocking immunosuppressive pathways.
