Wireless Pressure Transducers The SafeGauge Pressure Transducer allows technicians to safely and efficiently monitor high-pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems up to 100m (328ft) away. Use for hydraulic pressure testing, engine commissioning, oil and boost pressure, and air conditioning system testing. Wireless Dial Indicators The SafeGauge Dial Indicator is designed to remotely measure clearances, tolerances and wear on machine components safely and efficiently – out of the line of fire. Capable of measuring up to 10mm (0.39inch) of displacement with an accuracy of 0.01mm (0.0004inch) with wireless connectivity of up to 100m (328ft) away. Wireless Tachometers The SafeGauge Tachometer enables complete wireless measurement of RPM removing technicians from the live work. This tool has been proven successful for fans, pumps, drill heads and other rotating machinery components. Wireless Push Rods The SafeGauge Push Rod provides technicians with a way to get displacement measurements quickly and safely between two fixed points. Designed for measuring ball joints, lateral movement in pins and bearings, and other applications where a Dial Indicator is less suited. Wireless Laser Displacement Sensors The SafeGauge Laser Displacement enables completely wireless non-contact measurement of moving parts, removing technicians from the live work area while measuring the wear in machinery components such as slew rings, ball joints and pins. Wireless Inspection Cameras This wireless camera gives you a second set of eyes on components in crush-risk and confined spaces, all from up to 50m (164ft) away. SafeSwitches The SafeSwitch lets you remotely and wirelessly change pump positions during hydraulic tune-ups on Liebherr excavators*, without running long cables back to the cab. Connecting directly to the X104 and X105 connectors, the SafeSwitch pairs with the MultiTool Pro, which acts as a wireless remote so pump positions can be switched from a safe distance.
