In April 2025, we acquired Form & Frys, a Danish company that specializes in forming, filling, and folding solutions. It has also enhanced both companies’ ability to deliver high-performance solutions and meet growing demand. In addition to technical innovation, we provide system integration services. Our European and US-based divisions design complete bakery systems.
