About Rademaker USA, Inc. Rademaker has become a world-leading provider of dough processing solutions and bakery system integration services. We are renowned for our combination of advanced engineering and extensive product knowledge. Rademaker's head office is based in Culemborg, the Netherlands. With offices in seven countries, we support bakeries worldwide, ranging from artisanal to large-scale industrial bakeries. In 1984, we established our U.S. sales and service office in Hudson, Ohio. In June 2024, we opened our Experience Center (REC) in Chicago. This facility provides a hands-on environment for product testing and development. It features several Radini lines, ovens, and freezers, as well as a consumer kitchen with household appliances, allowing customers to evaluate product quality from production to consumption. In April 2025, we acquired Form & Frys, a Danish company that specializes in forming, filling, and folding solutions. This acquisition strengthened our capabilities in categories such as Danish and puff pastries, pizza, and pies. It has also enhanced both companies’ ability to deliver high-performance solutions and meet growing demand. In addition to technical innovation, we provide system integration services. Our European and US-based divisions design complete bakery systems. Seasoned project managers oversee projects and act as a single point of contact to coordinate with suppliers, manage schedules, and supervise on-site work. This enables faster decision-making and minimizes delays. As part of our strategy to be a total solution provider, we are optimizing production lines through digitalization and measurement technologies. Our collaboration with Sensure is an example of this.
