Combining processes and techniques to create complex geometries is a signature C3 capability. We have recently purchased an Autoclave that is 5′ by 23′, rated for 420° F at 100 PSI. This is the newest addition to our wide range of capabilities. C3 utilizes 3 and 5 axis large format CNC machining capabilities to automate trimming and drilling of components achieving tight tolerance requirements. These 3D machining capabilities also enable us to create our own tooling and fixtures in house ensuring a high level of quality with reduced lead times.
