About Clear Carbon and Components, Inc Clear Carbon and Components (C3) specializes in developing and manufacturing high-end composite components for other manufacturers and wholesale distributors in a wide variety of industries. C3 has ISO9001-2015 and AS9100-2016 quality certifications. We are experts in "out-of-autoclave" processing technologies including infusion, pre-preg and compression molding. Combining processes and techniques to create complex geometries is a signature C3 capability. We have recently purchased an Autoclave that is 5' by 23', rated for 420° F at 100 PSI. This is the newest addition to our wide range of capabilities. C3 utilizes 3 and 5 axis large format CNC machining capabilities to automate trimming and drilling of components achieving tight tolerance requirements. These 3D machining capabilities also enable us to create our own tooling and fixtures in house ensuring a high level of quality with reduced lead times.
