All components are mounted on an easy to install equipment frame and can be integrated into any existing process or application. Equipped with a motorized unwind and controlled by a dancer arm, material will travel into the feed station smoothly where it will then be indexed to be precisely cut. The cut material will then be pressed by a heated pressure roller to seal the valve material to the loaded roll of film. This modular application is suitable for all of your valve making needs. Also showcased on display will be a variety of standard and modular components that include guillotine and rotary knife assemblies, slitter assembly, punch assemblies, and a rotary die station.
