The Valve Applicator is a free-standing unit that is composed of a variety of modular applications in which include an unwind station, feeder station, indexing station, and heat seal station. Equipped with a motorized unwind and controlled by a dancer arm, material will travel into the feed station smoothly where it will then be indexed to be precisely cut. The cut material will then be pressed by a heated pressure roller to seal the valve material to the loaded roll of film. This modular application is suitable for all of your valve making needs.
