Brighton Mills

Brighton Mills is a 5th generation flour milling and dry blending operation with locations in Cincinnati, Ohio and West Harrison, Indiana. Our blending operation has grown from a single local account into single stores, regional and national chain restaurants with distribution coast to coast, plus some internationally. We also sell our coating systems to many processors, small and large, who in turn sell their value-added products to the restaurant industry, and grocery stores nationwide. The majority of our products (near 1,000) consist of flour which works to our distinct advantage as we also have our own flour mill which produces over 1,000,000 pounds a day. This makes our primary ingredient as fresh as possible and keeps our product costs down since no middlemen are involved. All of the other ingredients needed we source from our high-quality established suppliers, all of whom we have created valuable relationships with through the years. We currently package products in valve bags ranging from 25 lb through 50 lb, and also bulk sacks up to 2500 lb. For our retail clients we’ve also introduced Form Fill and Seal product ranging from pillow pouches to standup with integrated Inno-Lock feature. Logistically, our facilities are well positioned near I-75, I-71, I-70 and I-74, bringing one half of the US population reachable for “next day” deliveries.
