The Texas Demographic Center (TDC) functions as a focal point for the distribution of Census Bureau information for Texas. The TDC is part of the national State Data Center (SDC) partnership program through the U.S. Census Bureau and supports efforts in the areas of geography, product testing, survey participation, community partnership building, and other programs. TDC serves as the lead state data center and coordinates a network consisting of coordinating agencies and state and local affiliates.
