ASHA’s Academic Affairs and Research Education (AARE) team offers several research education, mentoring, and award programs that support and advance academic and research careers in communication sciences and disorders (CSD). AARE administers the CSD Education Survey, publishes data on CSD education, and develops resources to promote interprofessional education, collaborative practice, diversity, equity, and inclusion in academia.
