About World Floor Covering Association (WFCA) The World Floor Covering Association (WFCA) is the floor covering industry’s largest advocacy organization, representing retailers, contractors, and allied service providers across North America. As the official sponsor of The International Surface Event (TISE), WFCA is committed to advancing the industry through education, training, business tools, workforce development, and legislative advocacy. WFCA oversees and supports several key industry programs and initiatives, including the Certified Flooring Installers Association (CFI), the National Flooring Inspectors Certification (NFIC), Flooring Consultants and Inspection Training Services (FCITS), and FCB2B (Floor Covering Business to Business) — a digital initiative helping businesses streamline transactions through e-commerce solutions.
