Customized Training Services: Workforce Solutions helps employers design and implement customized training programs to upskill new hires or current employees. These include: On-the-Job Training (OJT): Reimburse up to 50% of a new hire’s wages during a structured training period, reducing onboarding costs while ensuring employees gain the skills needed for the job. Customized Training Programs: We work with employers and training providers to develop job-specific training for current staff. These programs can be delivered onsite, online, or through community colleges and training institutions. Skills Development Fund: In partnership with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and local colleges, we help employers access state funding for training programs that directly address their workforce needs.
