We operate five plants, three plants in New York, as well as plants in Texas and Tennessee. We manufacture the following items: Fresh, Frozen and Dried Noodles, Fresh and Frozen Wrappers, Fortune Cookies, Crispy Noodles, Bean Sprouts, and Egg Roll Mix. Most of our products are made Kosher and can be made "All Natural". We are committed to making a quality product for our customers. There is an on-site R&D and QC department to ensure quality and help customers with product development. We are willing to make custom recipes and products to meet the needs of our customers.
