About Wayfound Mental Health Group Before Operational Stress (BOS) is corporate division of Wayfound Mental Health Group Inc. Wayfound Mental Health Group, and its predecessor companies, have served Public Safety Personnel (PSP) in Canada since 1999. Developed in 2018 by Wayfound CEO, Dr. Megan McElheran, BOS encompasses a suite of research-backed, proactive, resiliency-based training programs designed specifically for public safety and other trauma exposed professionals. Recognizing a universal need for services of its kind, BOS expanded into the United States in 2022 and has grown to become an international mental health education provider focused on innovation in mental health program development and delivery.
