About Vitech Heavy Equipments Pvt Ltd Founded in 1992, based in Maharashtra India, we are professional and ISO‑certified (9001, 14001, 45001) and ASME ‘U’ stamp certified organization designs and fabricate heavy process equipment for sectors like oil & gas, desalination, petrochemical, power, pharmaceuticals, dairy, and food industries. As a fast-growing organization, we currently have a turnover of around $12 million, with a target of achieving $15 million in the next fiscal year. We operate multiple facilities in Navi Mumbai and Shahapur, having a large 84,000 m² state-of-the-art plant capable of fabricating components up to 400 tons. GR. 1 & 2), HASTELLOY (C-276). Since the last 33 years we have been engaged in handling various projects under various Third-party agencies such as Lloyds Register, IR Class, SGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV Nord, TUV SUD, ABS, ABS Marine. We have coped exceptionally well with significant change, supported & adapted to new initiatives & worked with total dedication. From here on we march ahead to attain new goals that we have set for the 21st century. We utilize advanced design softwares like PV Elite, AutoCAD, HTRI, and automated welding systems. Emphasizes sustainable practices including rainwater harvesting, organic farming and apiculture, and strong community CSR efforts.
