In 1975, Pharmaceutical Specialties, Inc. was founded in Rochester, MN by two pharmacists determined to develop better skin care products than what was currently available for people with sensitive skin. This is accomplished by focusing on gentle yet effective ingredients, and leaving out ingredients that dermatologists consider undesirable and could be irritating or sensitizing to the skin, such as dyes, fragrance, masking fragrance, lanolin, parabens and formaldehyde releasing preservatives. Over time, this has expanded to a full skin and hair care line of Vanicream™ products for your patients with sensitive skin.
