About Tong's Hardware and Plastic Products LLC Founded in 2005, our factory is a 100% family-owned business built on decades of industry experience. The company was established by Mr. Tong, a former high school Math and Physics teacher, who entered the cabinet hardware industry in 1992. Before starting the company, he served as General Manager at two of the largest cabinet hardware manufacturers of the time. His daughter, Alison Tong—an MBA graduate from Stanford University—leads our international sales efforts and has helped expand our reach across global markets. Our core markets include the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia where our U.S. customers' outsourced cabinet/furniture factories are located. Our product offerings include undermount slides, slim box systems, metabox drawers, ball bearing slides, hinges, pullout baskets/trash cans, plastic legs, cabinet pulls and other custom-made items. We’re proud to have sold our products through customers to Home Depot, Walmart, Target, and other major stores in the United States. Over the years, we’ve built a reputation for reliability—our factory has never had a single major product return. We’ve helped many of our customers grow! We operate a family-owned factory that manufactures high-quality, affordable cabinet hardware. In addition to our production facility, we have a presence in California, offering 24/7 customer service. Our hardware is trusted by customers who supply to national retailers.
