About TMA Education Foundation The TMA Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) with a mission to empower the next generation and strengthen communities by developing a skilled, resilient, and future-ready manufacturing workforce through education, engagement, and industry partnerships. We are dedicated to promoting manufacturing education at all levels, providing materials and expertise for manufacturing training programs, increasing awareness of industry careers among students, parents, educators and public officials, and recruiting/guiding men and women into lucrative and rewarding employment in manufacturing.
