Hypertension in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus (Type 2) THPharm’s lead pipeline is a once-daily fixed-dose combination (FDC) oral therapy currently in global Phase 3 clinical trials in Korea and Thailand. Designed as a compact and easy-to-take tablet, it enables the management of two of the most common comorbidities in metabolic disease with a single product, helping reduce patients’ daily medication burden and improve adherence. In parallel, we are also preparing indication expansion into cardiovascular diseases, particularly heart failure (HF), supported by AI-integrated development strategies. 2. Oral and Buccal-Targeted Obesity Therapy THPharm is developing the world’s first buccal-delivered therapy containing GLP-1 RA. Unlike currently available injectable therapies, this thin sheet or patch formulation delivers the drug directly through the oral mucosa, offering a needle-free, convenient, and adherence-friendly alternative. Beyond obesity, we are expanding development into obesity-related comorbidities, including metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH/NAFLD) and diseases involving the liver, pancreas, and cardiovascular system. 3. Next-Generation DDS Platform Beyond individual product development, THPharm is advancing a proprietary drug delivery platform that integrates Drug-Loaded Filament (DLF), Bio-Ink, and Bio-Printing technologies. This platform enables the development of novel oral and buccal dosage forms, personalized or combination therapies, and scalable GMP manufacturing infrastructure for global markets.
