CAPACITY The Performance Film Division manufactures multilayer barrier films at an integrated state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Khopoli,60kms from the western coast ports in Maharashtra. Plant comprises of the latest technology from the world leaders in multilayer blown film extrusion machines. We are equipped with Rotogravure & CI FLEXO print lines with facility to print. We can give EB coating and OPV coating with Gloss and Matt Combination to enhance the aesthetics of the product. Supremes High Barrier products are suitable for various critical applications like: Vacuum Packing, Gas Flushing, Hot filling, Pasteurization, UHT Milk & Juices, Thermoforming, Lidding (Easy Peel), Bulk Liners (FIBC) . ECO FRIENDLY (SUSTAINABLE FILMS) We can offer recyclable structure (Asymmetric EVOH laminated to any type of barrier Poly replacing to non-recycle structure which is suitable for Flours, Dry powders, Detergent Powder, dry paints etc.) Structures using monomaterials, homogenous structures, yield savings and down gauging.
