About The Rios Group, Inc. The Rios Group, Inc. (TRG) is a minority-woman owned Texas Corporation, established in 2012, and headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. With additional offices located in Dallas, Houston, Austin (Round Rock) and San Antonio (Universal City), TRG maintains a team of 103 people. Over the last 13 years, TRG has provided responsive, reliable, and full-service professional Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) and Utility Coordination (UC) for numerous public-sector agencies and private clients, small and large, throughout Texas. TRG has provided over 20 million linear feet of Quality Level B services, over 50,000 Quality Level A test holes, and owns its equipment consisting of 33 designating vehicles, and 17 Vacuum Excavation Units, as well as core drills, traffic control equipment, and other necessary ancillary supplies. The firm’s knowledge, experience and familiarity with diverse Texas communities have saved their clients from costly delays due to utility conflicts in civil design and construction projects.
