Carby provides medical-grade materials expertise and rigorous quality framework aligned with ISO 9001, including full traceability, process validation, and documentation support. We also work closely with procurement teams to strengthen supply-chain reliability and implement cost-optimized production strategies that deliver consistent, compliant components for surgical instruments, diagnostic devices, and implantable assemblies. Carby’s experienced toolmakers can further customize components with specific features and mechanical properties, producing complex geometries with exceptional accuracy and repeatability. Metal forming operations are completed in-die to save time and money on secondary operations. We are vertically integrated to build 100% of our transfer tooling die sets in-house.
