About THC, Inc. THC, Inc. (THC) is wholly focused on serving municipalities and state Departments of Transportation with professional right-of-way (R/W) acquisition services. For over 31 years, THC has successfully provided land acquisition and relocation services for highway improvements, water/wastewater expansion, streetscape upgrades, stormwater renovation, utility upgrades, floodplain buyouts, and airport expansion using federal, state, and local funding sources. Though specializing in large-scale acquisitions (100+), THC has the staff and expertise for smaller projects. The same attention to detail and knowledge of community issues is an advantage that has benefited our clients with successful acquisitions and meeting each deadline. We have acquired more than 11,000 easements, strip takes, rights of entry, R/W, and various parcels involving residential, commercial, agricultural, and vacant parcels by fee simple, donation, and condemnation, as well as relocated 3,600+ families and businesses with most projects guided by the Uniform Act and the respective state’s law. THC personnel have worked with Texas clients such as City of Austin, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, City of Converse, City of Terrell, City of Celina, Fort Worth Meacham International Airport, Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, and multiple TxDOT Districts.
