About

About Tepa, LLC Tepa delivers long-term, premier construction, industrial, engineering, environmental, and technology services to federal, state, and commercial clients throughout the U.S. Tepa provides access to over 400 employees across a wide variety of disciplines throughout thirteen offices, as well as a wealth of resources, professional expertise and financial backing to ensure successful delivery of projects that often exceed our clients’ expectations. Our current bonding capacity stands at $250M per project and $500M aggregate. Our corporate culture prioritizes the safety of not only our employees, but everyone who works with Tepa. Our Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of 0.69 is well below the industry standard. As a tribally-owned entity, we have the small company flexibility and socioeconomic designations including Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) and multiple Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) subsidiaries, yet we have large business processes and controls at the corporate level. All Tepa Companies are 100% owned by the federally recognized Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians. Our Industrial Service Division's core capability is fueling system construction. We perform new construction, installation, repair and maintenance on bulk storage tanks to include aboveground storage tanks and underground storage tanks, pipelines, and fueling systems to include aviation hydrant systems, loading and unloading systems, and military service stations/gas stations. From full assessment and design planning to expert installation and commissioning of systems, Tepa can provide all services necessary for turnkey project delivery. Tepa has established a reputation for successful execution of Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal client design-build (DB) and design-bid-build (DBB) construction projects as a prime contractor with extensive self-perform capabilities to include mechanical and tank services, electrical services, and coatings and linings services. Our Industrial Services Division is made up of approximately 70 professionals from program and project management, field management teams, foreman, electricians, and welders. Several of our folks hold certifications such as American Petroleum Institute (API) 653, API 570 certifications and we recently received our QP1 and QS1 certifications for coatings through the Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP). Our depth in resources allow us to support dozens of projects simultaneously in geographically disbursed locations as both a prime and subcontractor. Our projects range from as small as $30k service orders performed as a subcontractor to $20M complex fueling system repair projects as a prime contractor. Our division has a global reach and we are currently executing projects throughout the continental United States (CONUS) and outside CONUS to include Hawaii, Guam, Kwajalein Atoll, Japan and Korea.
