Chocolate factory: supply chocolate semi- final products such as compound chocolate, chocolate chips, crispy ball coated chocolate (for cake decoration), couverture (58%, 65%, 75% of cocoa). And final chocolate products is chocolate coated nuts as snack with many creative products and unique flavors such as: • Shichimi dragees (mixed with a common Japanese spice mixture containing seven ingredients) • Seaweed dragee (mixed with Nori seaweed, a dried edible seaweed used in Japanese cuisine, usually made from species of the red algae genus Pyropia, which has a strong and distinctive flavor) • Yuzu dragees (mixed with real yuzu powder-an aromatic citrus fruit and plant in the family Rutaceae of East Asian origin, famous in Japan
