About Strathcona Health Society Strathcona Health Society is a charitable non-profit society that operates Strathcona Community Dental Clinic. The clinic provides quality dental services to low income families. The clinic is focused on providing dental services to children in the inner city of Vancouver. Our non-profit clinic provides high quality dental care to children, their families and seniors. We also provide prevention and dental health information and nutritional counseling. The lively clinic, located in Strathcona Elementary School, features children’s art, indoor and outdoor play areas and three operational chairs. It also plays a key role in the work of an active community based not-for-profit – Strathcona Health Society (SHS).
