About Sterling Structural Sterling Structural provides a sustainable and affordable cross-laminated timber (CLT) option for the North American building design and construction industry. Our TerraLam® structural product line provides a competitively priced, pre-fabricated mass timber panel that is compatible with a range of structural systems in wall, floor, and roof applications. Sterling uses 100% US-sourced Southern Pine, Spruce-Pine-Fir-South or Eastern Hemlock lumber to deliver a domestically-sourced and manufactured structural CLT panel. Sterling was one of the first manufacturers of CLT in North America and now has the largest capacity in the world, producing a panel every 65 seconds on our state-of-the-art, highly automated production line. Having served industrial markets for over a decade, Sterling’s robust logistics team is experienced in the scaled delivery of CLT, so project teams can feel confident adding a mass timber product to their building.
