About South Pacific Cruise Alliance The South Pacific Cruise Alliance is a non-profit-making organisation gathering 9 countries of the region (American Samoa, Cook Islands, New Caledonia, Pitcairn, Samoa, Tahiti & her islands, Tonga, Vanuatu, and Wallis & Futuna). It was mainly created to promote the South Pacific area as a cruise destination & set up new cruise sea routes. Its objectives are to develop, foster good relations and collaboration among all cruise destinations of the Pacific region, the world, cruise line operators and the cruise industry in general.
