About SOCKERBIT SWEDISH CANDY Sockerbit, Swedish for "sugar cube," was founded in 2010 by Florence Baras and Stefan Ernberg, a couple who met working at a candy company in Europe. They fell in love and moved to the U.S., setting out to bring Sweden's lördagsgodis — the Saturday pick-and-mix ritual — to an American audience. WE approach candy like design — curated, colorful, and obsessively sourced — focusing on quality and transparency by choosing clean ingredients free from high fructose corn syrups, artificial additives and dyes. we only source our candies through factories that meet the highest health standards in Europe.
