Sichuan SEVC Testing Technology Co., Ltd., incubated by Prof. Ouyang Minggao Academician Workstation (Sichuan New Energy Vehicle Innovation Center), is a public technical service platform affiliated to the Key Laboratory of Energy Storage and Power Battery Safety under the State Administration for Market Regulation. Specializing in battery safety, we provide testing, certification, failure analysis, accident investigation, safety assessment, modeling and simulation. Supported by Tsinghua University, we offer full-lifecycle intelligent services for battery materials, cells and systems. We are expanding into low-altitude vehicles, embodied intelligence, zero-carbon energy and new energy storage. Headquartered in Yibin with bases across China, we have 40,000 m² of laboratory space, over 5,000 instruments and 80+ patents. Accredited with CMA and CNAS, we promote global green transformation and foster new-quality productive forces.
