About SCT Ceramics SCT Ceramics designs and manufactures custom implantable feedthroughs, casings, and windows for medical devices such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, and neurostimulators.We specialise in miniaturised, high-reliability ceramic components made from:•Alumina•Zirconia•Ruby•SapphireAll products undergo 100% inspection and testing, including:•Hermetic leak testing•Electrical tests•Thermal shock resistance•Dimensional checks (AQL standards)SCT Ceramics works closely with customers to create designs that match their device needs. We collaborate with accredited labs and research partners to develop new materials and manufacturing methods.All solutions comply with FDA, CE, and NMPA regulations and follow ISO 10993 biocompatibility requirements. IQ, OQ, and PQ validation and continuous improvement tools—Six Sigma, 5S, SPC—are built into our processes. We design and produce high voltage insulators tailored to the rigorous requirements of the medical imaging sector.
