About Roto North America Roto North America is comprised of Roto Frank of America, Inc. in Chester, Connecticut and Roto Fasco Canada, Inc. in Mississauga, Ontario. We began our production in 1979 with skylights but now, we primarily manufacture and sell North American and European hardware solutions for Casement & Awning, Hung & Sliding, and Tilt&Turn windows as well as Hinged Patio Door solutions and European and North American-style Sliding Patio Door hardware.
