About Roller Die + Forming For over 85 years, Roller Die + Forming has been providing custom roll formed, stamped, powdered coated, and assembled metal parts, using lean manufacturing processes. We are one of the few companies in the industry with a dedicated (full time, in-house) engineering & tool room, allowing us to design and build all tooling under one roof. With 7 manufacturing facilities spread across the midwest and spanning down into central Mexico, we are strategically located to best support our customers. Over our many years, we have not only supplied a unique combination of complex, custom profiles, but also offer a standard shapes tooling catalog consisting of some 1200+ sets of tools FREE for any customer's use. Many material handling customers have relished the low entry cost for converting to roll formed shapes or redesigning an existing system utilizing RDF's portfolio of standard shapes. We can form up to .250" thick, have flexibilities in length, and can manufacture to tight tolerances.
