About Pro-CI Limited | Increase Revenue | Reduce Cost | Improve Service & Quality | Founded in 2017, Pro-CI specializes in leading customers through their Continuous Improvement initiatives to drive improvements in employee engagement, guest service, and financial performance. Based on Six Sigma and Lean methods and practices, we help clients achieve operational excellence, driving rapid results in process improvements, demand-based scheduling and workforce planning, and customer experience management. Many of our Pro-CI Practitioners are experienced operators in both Commercial and Tribal casinos and resorts. Our Pro-CI Principals, were part of a pioneer team who introduced Continuous Improvement principles and techniques within the Integrated Resort/ Casino Gaming industry, for the first time in 2008. Our combined backgrounds - and experience building capability and transferring knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement - has shaped our approach to deliver rapid change to drive business performance. Pro-CI has a successful history of partnering with Native American Government and Casinos to implement Kaizen Lean process improvement Workshops & establish Labor/ Workforce Optimization – set up Centralized Scheduling & create Productivity Standards for Demand Based Scheduling on UKG Pro Advanced Scheduling, and UKG Virtual Roster® platforms. We exist and thrive to help our clients make dramatic gains in operational excellence, and convert these gains into sustainable, profitable growth.
