About Portland Bolt & Manufacturing Company Portland Bolt is a manufacturer and distributor of anchor bolts and construction fasteners. Established in 1912, Portland Bolt manufactures and galvanizes a variety of large, nonstandard fasteners in both the Portland, OR and North Augusta, SC locations. The 137,000-square-foot Portland, OR facility offers bolt manufacturing, plasma plate processing, and in-house hot-dip galvanizing. We are in the process of adding equipment to enhance the manufacturing capabilities of our new Southeast location.
