About Polkadog Polkadog was founded in 2002 by Deb Suchman and Rob Van Sickle to offer simple, healthy dog treats in Boston’s South End. Since then it has expanded to 10 Boston-area stores and 1 in Rhode Island, and built a national presence wholesaling the first Cod Skins in the pet industry. Polkadog now sells single- and limited-ingredient treats nationwide and in Canada, Mexico & Korea. Products are manufactured in their Boston Fish Pier kitchen with a commitment to sustainable, transparent U.S. sourcing.
