About Pixel-Flo Ltd. Pixel-Flo is developing a revolutionary mass transfer process to overcome the key bottleneck to mass-market adoption of microLED. While existing methods offer fair instantaneous transfer rates, continuous throughput is limited by wafer and carrier changes. Pixel-Flo provides high throughput and scalability for the largest panels. Using a slot-die like coating process, we leverage meniscus forces to guide microLEDs into place. The process is backplane-agnostic and enables a single step process for RGB.
