One-sixone team leverages its multidisciplinary expertise (electrochemistry, mechanics, thermal, electrical, electronics, modeling) to develop key subsystems in-house, ensuring their synergy for efficient, robust, and reliable solutions. TESTING Testing activities are essential for the development of cells and battery systems. One-sixone and its subsidiary One-sixone TESTING, possess over 500 electrical test channels and more than 40 climate chambers dedicated to evaluating performance and durability of all types of batteries, cells and chemistries. MANUFACTURING Industrialization and manufacturing of specific cells are co-contracted with industrial partners under the responsibility and supervision of One-sixone’s Teams. Modules and battery systems manufacturing take place at One-sixone’s facilities, with qualified operators and using advanced industrial equipment (laser welding, insulation controller, …).
