About Oliphant Brewing Oliphant Brewing is a small, proudly unconventional beverage company based in Somerset, Wisconsin. Since opening our doors in 2014, we’ve been focused on one thing above all else: making drinks we’re genuinely excited about and sharing them with people who appreciate a little creativity in their glass.We started, like many craft breweries, with beer.
