About Nippon Tokushukan Mfg. Co., Ltd. Half a century ago, we were the first in the world to develop coil floating plug drawing technology for syringe needle tubes and stainless steel tubes. Successfully reduced the cost of mass production of reasonable tubes, and made injection needles disposable (one-time use) all over the world. Our drawing technology uses a method of inserting a plug inside to achieve a smooth and glossy inner surface. Plugs can be inserted up to a small point with an inner diameter of 0.08 mm.
