At analytica USA 2025, NIKUNI is proud to introduce its new mixing technologies featuring multi-stucked elements. Two types of differently shaped mixing elements are stacked alternately, tucked with blind plate and ring plate to create complex fow paths in both axial and radial directions. Supplied fuids repeatedly divide and merge through these fow paths, effciently demonstrating high stirring capacity due to the generated turbulence and vortices. The multi-stucked elements can also be used for liquid-liquid and gas-liquid mixing applications, serving as a replacement for traditional rod-shaped stirrers.
