Plants can be optionally supplied to also produce liquid oxygen for back-up storage. The overall oxygen supply system can be designed to include redundancy of key components and combined with a liquid oxygen storage and vaporization system for outstanding reliability. State of the art technology, including the elimination of reversing heat exchangers and including automated PLC control systems, simplifies start-ups and operation. Nikkiso Cosmodyne has been designing and building custom engineered cryogenic systems since 1958 and has installed over 450 air separation plants globally, having supplied most of the major industrial gas companies. Headquartered in the USA, Nikkiso Cosmodyne supplies cryogenic air separation units producing high purity oxygen from both “standard designs” or customer-based detailed specifications. Nikkiso Cosmodyne plants are extremely reliable, efficient, and modular simplifying site installation. With regards to service, training, and audits, Nikkiso Cosmodyne has three service centers within the US to provide rapid regional customer support, if necessary.
