This creates a more consistent crop, increased yields, and smoother skin on the sweet potatoes. Nash Produce offers 4 varieties – Covingtons, Covingtons Organic, Murasaki, Bonitas. Our staff will assist you in selecting the correct sweet potato for your retail, foodservice, wholesale and processing needs. In addition to custom sizing, we offer private label and custom packaging, such as Mr. Yam Steamables. Nash Produce is here to answer your sweet potato needs.
