About Metal Cutting Corporation Manufacturing precision metal parts in our Minnesota and New Jersey factories, Metal Cutting Corporation holds the tightest tolerances and is always burr-free. We produce the metal parts required for Minimally Invasive Devices. We have the ability to work with all metals, including those with dielectric coatings and polymer substrates. For over 50 years, our cutting, grinding, polishing lapping and machining has supplied medical device customers worldwide. Our in-house production offers precision abrasive and EDM cut-off; through-feed, in-feed, surface, and double-disk grinding; flat lapping; >/= Ra 0.010 um surface finish parts polishing; Swiss-style automatic lathe and multi-axis CNC turning and milling. Our QA department is equipped with surface finish optical interferometry; multiple VED installations; multiple X-Y laser metrology; LVDTs; 500 sf cleanroom and more to measure the specifications of your parts. We have ISO 9001-2015 registration from DNV. Tungsten metals are our specialty, with applications for coils, braids, and robotic cables.
